Great competition - Thomas at the Paris Olympics

Thomas JAKOBS, who we've been supporting for 6 years now, will be taking part in the Paris Paralympics this summer.
Contest rules :
Article 1 - Definition and conditions of the competition
The company CDE-PROLUTECH, SAS with a capital of 31,800 euros and registered in the ANNECY Trade and Companies Register under number 89B266, having its registered office at 31 allée des Thomasses, Zone Espace Leaders, 74540 ALBY SUR CHERAN; is organizing a contest in the form of a prize drawas part of Thomas JAKOBS' participation in the Paris Paralympic Games. The company CDE-PROLUTECH is also referred to hereinafter as: "the Organizer", the "Participants" in the competition are also referred to hereinafter as "the Participants", and finally the "Winners" in the prize draw are also referred to hereinafter as "the Winners".
Article 2 - Participation conditions
This game is open to all natural persons of legal age, residing in metropolitan France, who have been registered on Prolutech's mailing lists, after accepting the conditions of participation in accordance with the French Data Protection Act. Only one entry per person will be accepted for the duration of the competition. Employees of CDE-PROLUTECH and their family members are excluded from participation in this contest.
Article 3 - Competition dates
- contest start date: Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
- competition closes: Sunday, July 7 at 11:59 p.m.
- draw date: Monday July 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
Article 4 - Terms of participation
4.1) Conditions for application
In order for the entry to be validated by the Organizer, the Participant must fill in an entry form using the link provided on the Google Forms-type newsletter.
4.2) Guarantees and responsibility for the validity of applications
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this operation if it does not proceed as agreed: non-compliance with these rules, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action by a competitor, technical problem or other cause beyond the Organizer's control.
Any incomplete entry will be rejected, without the Organizer being held liable. Any misrepresentation by a participant will result in his/her exclusion from the contest, without the Organizer being held liable.
Thus, the Organizer reserves the unreserved right to moderate a posteriori and not to validate, even to exclude or remove from the contest, any participant who does not respect one of the conditions of the present rules.
4.3) Drawing procedures
There will be a single draw to determine the Winners.
Article 5 - Prizes/batches
5.1) Commercial value of the prizes :
The winning tickets are offered by CDE PROLUTECH, and as such constitute "prizes".
These winnings may not be contested in any way whatsoever, nor may any consideration of any kind be given.
Participants drawn at random will be designated winners by the contest manager.
CDE-PROLUTECH reserves the right to change the prize without prior notice. Should this be the case, the value of the prize will be equivalent to or greater than the replaced product. Gifts cannot be exchanged for checks or cash.
5.2) Recovery and use methods
As provided for in Article 6, the Organizer must contact the Winners concerned in the endowment and comply with the terms of use defined in Article 5.1.
5.3) Definition of lots :
The prizes to be won for this competition are :
- Lot n°1: 2 tickets for the para-badminton games on Thursday August 29, 8:30am-2:30pm in category A at the Arena Porte de La Chapelle Paris + meeting with athlete Thomas JAKOBS, followed by a free lunch.
- Lot n°2: 2 tickets for the para-badminton games on Thursday August 29, 8:30am-2:30pm in category A at the Arena Porte de La Chapelle Paris + meeting with athlete Thomas JAKOBS, followed by a free lunch.
- Lot n°3: 2 tickets for the para-badminton games on Friday August 30, 8:30am-2:30pm in category A at the Arena Porte de La Chapelle Paris + meeting with athlete Thomas JAKOBS, followed by a free lunch.
- Lot n°4: 2 tickets for the para-badminton games on Friday August 30 , 8:30am-2:30pm in category A at the Arena Porte de La Chapelle Paris + meeting with athlete Thomas JAKOBS, followed by a free lunch.
Article 6 - Allocation of prizes
Only one prize may be awarded to any one individual.
The Winner will then be invited to provide his/her precise contact details: surname, first name, telephone number and email address, on his/her entry form for the competition.
By taking part in the competition, Participants agree to be available on the dates chosen and not to resell their winnings.
If the information communicated by the participant is incomplete and/or does not allow him/her to be informed of his/her win, he/she will lose the status of Winner and will not be able to make any claim.
Once the draw has been made on Monday, July 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. (French time), on its premises, the Organizer will contact the respective winners within 2 working days. The Organizer undertakes to deliver the prize to the winner within 15 working days.
The Organizer will draw lots for the 4 winners, as well as 4 alternates, in the event that the first winners no longer wish to obtain their prize.
Article 7 - Personal data
By entering the contest, participants authorize the Organizers to make free use of any personal information provided on their behalf for advertising or promotional purposes in any medium whatsoever.
The personal data collected from entrants is mandatory and necessary to process their participation in the competition. It is intended for the Organizers only, for management purposes.
In accordance with current regulations, the information collected is intended exclusively for the Organizers and will not be sold or transferred to third parties in any way whatsoever.
Article 8 - Responsibilities and rights
The Organizer :
- reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, limit prizes or cancel this game in the event of force majeure as defined by case law. Consequently, the company cannot be held liable in this respect.
- shall not be held responsible for the fraudulent use of a Participant's prize.
Article 9 - Exclusion conditions
Participation in this competition implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in these rules, without any reservations or preconditions on the part of the Participant. Failure to comply with the aforementioned rules will result in exclusion from the competition, and the pure and simple nullity of participation and the awarding of prizes.
Article 10 - Jurisdiction
These rules are governed by French law.
The parties shall endeavor to resolve amicably any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these rules. If the disagreement persists, it will be submitted to the competent courts.
The Participant acknowledges having read the present rules, accepting them without reservation and complying with them.
